Module 2: CTD Summaries

Module 2 is the strategic heart of the eCTD and ACTD dossier. It presents Quality, Nonclinical, and Clinical summaries and overviews that give regulators a consolidated, high-level evaluation of the entire submission before they examine the detailed data in Modules 3–5. A well-crafted Module 2 accelerates review timelines, reduces questions, and demonstrates the applicant’s command of its own data package.
